These terms apply when you buy or use Copilot Masterclass (“the course”), operated by Vikas Poddar. By purchasing or signing in you agree to them.

1. What you get

Free content is available without an account. A one-time payment of $19 USD (launch price; the regular price may be higher later, plus any applicable tax) gives one person lifetime access to the Pro content and the downloadable template library for as long as the course is operated, including future content updates.

2. Payments

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, collects payment and taxes, and issues your receipt. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. Your licence

• Your access is personal. Don't share your account or resell access.
• You may use, modify and commit the downloaded templates in any repository you or your employer own, including commercial projects.
• You may not republish the course content or the template library as a whole, or offer it for download elsewhere.

4. Accounts

You sign in with GitHub. We may suspend access that is shared, scraped or used to redistribute the course, and refund the purchase in that case.

5. Refunds

6. No affiliation, no warranty

Copilot Masterclass is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GitHub, Inc. or Microsoft. “GitHub” and “Copilot” are their trademarks. Content is provided “as is”; Copilot features change frequently and we can't guarantee every detail is current. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date.
